HOW DO I BOOK?

Please just request your free quote here. We will put together a comprehensive quotation for you based on your requirements so you can decide if you would like to go ahead and book.

ARE YOU DBS CHECKED?

All our drivers are DBS checked, so we are able to work with schools and children.

WHAT IF WE GET STUCK IN TRAFFIC?
Whilst conditions on the road are out of our control, we do what we can to keep you moving. When we are picking you up we will always get in touch with you directly if we experience any delays – our policy is that you should never have to chase us up. Our drivers are all highly experienced and will often be able to find different routes to help compensate for delays and avoid heavy traffic or road closures.

All tickets can be bought by phone, fax or email using a credit or debit card.

You can also buy tickets on the coach – your driver will sell you a single ticket or a book of ten single tickets. You can pay in cash.

You can also visit our office to buy your tickets, which we will be able to issue to you on the day. Please visit:

Opening hours:

Monday-Friday: 08.00 to 17.00

Saturday: 09.00 to 11.45

Please bring two passport-size photographs with you if you are booking a 6-month or annual season ticket.

CAN I HIRE A COACH TO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF LONDON OR KENT?
Yes, that’s not a problem at all. We travel all over the UK as well as internationally.
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR COACHES ARE SAFE?

We maintain our coaches to a higher standard than that required by legislation. You can read our guide to safety on board here.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE COACH TRAVEL?
Coaches offer a safe, reliable and cost-effective way to travel. It is also better for the environment than travelling by car or other means of transport – read more about how we are helping the environment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Please call us directly on 020 7733 1124 to cancel your booking. Charges may apply – these are our current cancellation charges:

WHERE DOES YOUR COMMUTER SERVICE OPERATE?

CAN DISABLED PASSENGERS USE YOUR COACHES?

Yes, we have DDA-compliant coaches that are fully accessible. They are equipped with lifts to assist disabled and less mobile passengers when boarding, and wheelchairs can be comfortably accommodated on board.

HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and also accept cash, cheques and bank transfers.

If you’d like to arrange a pick-up from another destination, please don’t be put off – that’s not a problem. Just let us know what you require and we will make sure we’re there, on time, in one of our comfortable branded coaches. You won’t be able to miss us.
